Sales Development Representative
Role Overview
As our Sales Development Representative, working primarily remote, you hunt and land high-value opportunities with digital leaders at the Top 250 consumer and retail brands. You'll leverage strategic insights, industry connections, and a deep understanding of pain points to identify and close deals. Your mission is to penetrate this untapped "greenfield market" by actively targeting ambitious brands, initiating compelling conversations about their digital challenges, and converting these prospects into revenue-generating clients through a proven sales methodology that delivers consistent results.

Core Responsibilities
Strategic Prospecting (40%): Identify and connect with high-potential digital leaders at Top 250 brands through targeted outreach, working in close collaboration with marketing to leverage data-driven insights and campaign efforts to establish initial connections
Deal Pipeline Development (30%): Convert prospects into qualified opportunities by conducting compelling discovery calls, addressing pain points, and positioning our solutions as essential for their digital transformation
Community Development (20%): Help organize Mastermind sessions, conduct expert interviews, build and maintain our community ecosystem
Business Impact (10%): Convert relationships into workshop opportunities, identify consultancy projects, contribute to our methodology development

Experience & Skills:
5+ years of experience in business development, consultancy, or e-commerce
Experience working with digital leaders at consumer brands
Native on LinkedIn for social selling and identifying buying signals
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence through non-intrusive sales communication
Understanding of digital transformation and technology
Proven track record in building long-lasting business relationships
Comfortable with data analysis and creating insights
Experience in community building is a plus
Proficiency in English, Dutch is a plus
